1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit of 60% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot.

• Payments are accepted via Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or cash.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may forfeit the deposit.

2. Copyright & Usage

• Art Jordan retains the copyright to all images. Clients receive a license to use the photos for personal or promotional purposes (as agreed).

• Clients may not edit, alter, or resell images without permission.

• Commercial usage must be discussed separately and may require an additional fee.

3. Delivery & Turnaround

• Final edited photos will be delivered within 7-21 business days via an online gallery or email.

• Rush editing is available for an additional fee.

4. Photo Usage & Promotion

• Art Jordan may use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

• If the client does not wish for their photos to be shared, they must inform Art Jordan before or during the session.

5. Refunds & Reshoots

• Refunds are not provided once the session has taken place.

• If there are issues with the final images due to technical errors, a reshoot may be offered at no additional charge.

• Reshoots due to client dissatisfaction (such as outfit choices or weather) may require a new booking fee.

6. Liability

• Art Jordan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the shoot.

• In the unlikely event of a technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, a reshoot or partial refund may be offered at Art Jordan’s discretion.
